Apparently you have added a custom database to your pacman.conf but either have not provided the correct location or don’t actually have a database file on disk.

You have uncommented this section and enabled a “custom” repository.

Comment out those lines (by placing a # at the start of each line) then run a pacman -Syu .

In the future please refrain from doing dumbshit stuff like that then posting a help request when you can’t decipher the outcome. All you accomplish is placing an undo burden on users who don’t do dumbshit stuff. Especially if denial is part of your practice. Those lines did not unremark themselves.
