Duplicate Grub Entries

Multiple Garuda boot entries in Grub after update

Not sure what has caused this, but for some reason after a recent update of many packages at once, I now have the normal Garuda entry and then another below that that says Garuda Linux on /dev/sda2. Any idea what caused this and how to remove this extra entry?
