Dragonized KDE vs. Dragonized Gaming

Hello, new here, first post.

I'm probably going to make the switch over from Manjaro KDE (and maybe from Gentoo if I REALLY like Garuda). From what I've gleaned on the site, it looks like the main differences between the the "main" edition and Gaming is that Gaming has some pre-installed packages, and you can add them later to the "main" edition later if needed. This leaves me with two questions:

  1. Are there any under-the-hood tweaks between the two editions?

  2. In general, would it be a quicker process to install the "main" edition and then add the features, or would it be a smoother experience to install the Gaming edition and trim the packages I don't want?

No.
