Download for the dragonized version, specifically im trying to download blackarch version, all go to 404 pages, I noticed there was a similar problem in may, but its now july and that issue seemed to be resolved.
Apart from why you have to constantly re-download a rolling release, it's the same "problem" as last time. The packages are updated so that the update is not larger than the ISO.

All fixed, it was indeed due to an iso refresh
