So Dolphin is cutting off the Disk Usage Statistics in the ‘status bar’. I looked through the settings and didn’t find anything. Anyone have any ideas on how I would fix this?

Mine looks the same. I didn’t even notice it down there until you pointed it out, now it’s gonna bug me.

Thanks, @VonKreskin

Workaround for storage pane in dolphin:

open /usr/share/Kvantum/Dr460nized/Dr460nized.kvconfig

search for layout_margin in [%General] section and set the value from 9 to 4.

My solution was the mouse pointer over the small text.

I mark the fix as solution.

OMG, My head is saying don’t react to this but…

I did this and made the change to the file as advised but unfortunately still the same. Logged on and off and restart as well. Changed the value from 9 to both 4 and 12 but no effect.

Obligatory INIXI

Could the fix be something else?

Oh wow, now I can start using Kvantum again, thank you!

It works for me on notebook, I try later on PC.

On PC, it works out of the box

I think its because I’m using the sweet theme and i don’t have the energy to find the corresponding theme config file. :sloth:

I thought I had found it, same folder, different theme name, changed the margin_layout from 9 to 4, still the same.

Is there a cache which needs clearing?

did you close an open dolphin again after saving the change?

Worked around using @nepti’s solution in the soon to be deployed version 4.3.4.

Actually that worked, using the Sizes & Delays tab.
On my sweet-transparent-toolbar theme.
Thank you very much.
