Dolphin can't mount HDD, but sudo mount can

I tried to mount my HDD disk (NTFS) after formatting my system (it worked fine before, just click the disk in Dolphin and it’s mounted) but now I’m getting this error:

An error occurred while accessing 'Dados', the system responded: The requested operation has failed: Error mounting /dev/sdb1 at /run/media/user/Dados: wrong fs type, bad option, bad superblock on /dev/sdb1, missing codepage or helper program, or other error

If I use sudo mount and mount it anywhere I can use the disk normally, even in Dolphin.

Thanks for any help

Use gnome-disk-utility, make owner. There is more than one solution.

Forgot to mention, already tried this but Take Ownership option is greyed out. Also chown $USER:$USER didn’t seems to work too.

I appreciate any other possibilities.

Thanks for the info guys, I managed to fix it somehow with KDE Partition Manager, I configured the mount point again and now Dolphin behaves fine.

EDIT: To clarify the problem, somehow my mount point was not right, so I essentially just set the default mountpoint (/run/media/user/diskLabel).

I could’ve done it in the fstab file too, KDE Partition Manager just changes it in the GUI way.
