You’re still in bash.
Unless this is your desire, you should change the shell to fish, as explained above, and if not already done, reset the fish config with flag and button.
If that is not enough to solve, after that check your ~/.config/fish/config.fish
Go to the bottom and make sure that paleofetch is referenced like here e g.
