Dock panel and status bar does not show

Hi. My dock and status bar panels is disappear after restarting system. Also i see that terminal style is change. I cant get images (i get a error that new users cant upload images).
I try to update my mirrors list and update packages:

sudo reflector --country Russia --latest 15 --age 2 --fastest 20 --protocol https --sort rate --save /etc/pacman.d/mirrorlist
sudo pacman -Suy

And kill latte-dock and launch it again. Output of this:

[πŸ”΄] Γ— latte-dock
Icon theme "gnome" not found.

What can i fix it ?
My inxl -Faz output:

Hi there, welcome!
Open Krunner (normally shortcuts could be alt+space or alt+F2) and launch Garuda Assistant. From there reset default settings for latte (flag). Maybe also Fish and Starship, if you see something strange in the terminal.
Then, to logoff or reboot you can right-click on the desktop and select Leave.
If for whatever reason Krunner doesn't start, launch garuda-assistant from the terminal (disregard some error messages there).
Last option, right-click on desktop, add widget and add a menu widget: from there you'll be able to launch Garuda Assistant.

Thanks for you help. It fix my latte dock and status bar problem, but my terminal style is still broken.

And it is looks like fish does not run with terminal

Always in the Garuda Assistant, in the Settings tab, make sure that Default Shell = fish
Could you please better explain what you mean with "terminal style is still broken"?

Which terminal application are you using?

I use konsole

This is how terminal looks like in past:

And how it looks like now:

You’re still in bash.
Unless this is your desire, you should change the shell to fish, as explained above, and if not already done, reset the fish config with flag and button.
If that is not enough to solve, after that check your
~/.config/fish/config.fish
Go to the bottom and make sure that paleofetch is referenced like here e g.
