The idea comes from the arch wiki entry above, and was successful in a similar case in the past.
There are several ways to install a new kernel:
sudo pacman -S linux-lts linux-lts-headers- Garuda Settings Manager -> Kernels -> push Refresh -> select kernel to install
But... you may want to forgive me, this cannot get into a basic Arch linux guide...
