Displaying the tab bar and status bar im japanese

I don’t know if it’s okay to ask a question here. Excuse me. I’m currently learning Garuda Linux.
Only the virtual box is full screen on the second monitor and there is no close or minimize button. I looked up how to display it, but I don’t know what to call it, so I’m in trouble.
I want to prevent the display method and the tab bar or status bar from being displayed on top of the first monitor.Sorry for my poor explanation
I’ve seen other similar questions but I don’t quite understand them.
