Disappearing Taskbar

I am a Garuda Mokka user. I have an external monitor, and I have kept it as my primary monitor.

When I remove hdmi connection, the task bar suddenly disappears and I am unable to see the task bar, when I connect it back, it is visible on the secondary monitor(which is my built-in monitor).

I have tried to change the primary monitor to my built-in monitor and still the issue pertains.

Help me out

Have you tried connecting the monitor with a display port cable instead?

I use a laptop and have no display cable. Also the monitor does not have a display port. Just the hdmi.
