I recently installed the Garuda, background blur and window wiggling are kinda annoying. How do I disable it?
Settings>>Workspace Behaviour>>Desktop Effects
in the above place you will find wobbly windows and blur,. You can turn it off.

A good tip for beginners is to check every corner in every settings. You dont know how many things you will find that are literally right there but you dont know until you check.

The blur can be turned off too, rightclick desktop -> change plugin to regular wallpaper.
