When program windows are maximized, the exit, minimize and maximize buttons are missing.
I have tried changing global theme, and changing position of buttons (right or left) but is the same.
Don’t know if it is a setting or other thing

I’m assuming you changed themes because sweet has min max and close that appear next to the “start” icon. (the red dragon in a circle)…if you right click the blank area there you should see an option to configure window buttons…pick what window art you want to show up and those will appear when an app is maximized.
The dev’s will probably ding you for failing to include the requested garuda-inxi info which among other things would have told what themes you were using.
