Desktop environment flashes then stops working after multiple working boots

Howdy all, looking for help on my fresh install of Dragonized Garuda. I'm not sure what's causing the issue but this is my second attempt at a fresh install of Garuda. After installation and boot into the live environment about 2-3 time's I'm running into an issue where my desktop environment will partially load ~3 times before going to a blank screen. I can still open a terminal and even boot applications from the command line. However my entire desktop remains blank and where icons/widgets would be are not able to be executed.

I've also looked at my /var/log/Xorg.0.log and I don't believe there's any visible errors causing it with that. Why this would only happen multiple boots after installation has me stumped. Any help or further questions is much appreciated!

First of all I'd try to install and run linux-lts + linux-lts-headers as recent kernel versions might cause issues on some devices.

And welcome to the forum

Thank you for the response and welcoming! I figured I rerun the different linux kernels since that was one of my other guesses as to the issue. After retesting lts, hardened, zen3, zen, and amd with headers and everything all installed I'm still running into the same issues with base, fallback initramfs, and recovery mode. Same results except in Hardened where I don't even get a flashing, just straight to the black screen. Edit: another thing is Xserver is still working, I can launch an application from the terminal (like my web browser I'm on right now) and even multitask between different programs on the desktop with visuals showing what application I'm switching to.

That’s a GPD Win Max 2, correct? At least from the system specs that looks to be the right model.
There is a newer BIOS for that that might help, V1.05 . BIOS update info is at the bottom of the wiki entry.
The wiki entry also shows how to get the IMU (Accelerometer + Gyro) working if that interests you.

Just incase I made sure to update my bios and still no dice. And yes it is its a gpd win max 2  luckily(or unluckily) it was not that. I don't believe it's an issue with arch based OS or KDE because I've had multiple distros and desktop environments on this laptop. I've used Artix s6 with xfce, NixOS with kde, and Gentoo openrc with KDE and I've never had these issues on any of the distros or desktop environments. I decided to try out garuda for ease of setup for all of my games. I'm trying to ditch windows so that's why I'm doing whatever I can on this distro before switching to something else.
