are you using Garuda GNOME or other?

Personally I would remove the dash to dock package from pacman. Install it via firefox extension instead.
I feel like there are too little details given, what exactly does "not run" mean? Are there error messages apart from pamac, from the gnome tweaks settings related to dash to dock maybe?
