What Linux distro would I click on? Which one matches or works on Garuda?

If they're all based on Debian, none of them are.
Why don't you ask there?

Ok so I did a bunch of things and now I have

/usr/local/cyberghost/

showing as a directory. cyberghostvpn is now a file in that directory It is showing as an executable. How do I deploy it?

I used this in AUR REPO
https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/cyberghostvpn-openresolv
(CURRENTLY Installed)

This is also available in the AUR REPO.

Did you try just running it, from the command line? Just type in the name of the binary and fire away.

Some folks in this thread have mentioned they don't bother with the app, they just use an OpenVPN client to connect to the CyberGhost VPN: Cyberghost on Arch Linux - r/archlinux

I've been a ghostie for many years now and in all those years there has never been a working app for arch linux. You can create new vpn by importing the needed files in the network connection options. Download the needed files from the cg account, extract them, click on the + sign (Add new connection), scroll down, select Import a saved vpn configuration, import the files and enter the user name+ password, save it and you're good to go.
