I actually found the cursor pack on my disk, moved it to ~/.icons/.(my best guess for the location) and the settings thingy found it, selected it and rebooted. Then I thought i started off of the wrong disk because it looked like plasma without a custom setting, but i just forgot to apply a "login screen theme" if you want to call it that, and now it works like a charm, thank you^^
