Cursor: sometimes it's normal and sometimes it's adwaita

I have a problem: my mouse cursor (the "hand" one) (chicago95) is "strange" in some apps, and working in some other apps.
In some apps it's the other one, but on other ones it's adwaita...
the apps where it shows adwaita are: spotify, opera, chrome
