Crash after last update LENOVO LEGION

Hello,

since my last update yesterday i have problems with my garuda system.

I start up, boot to the login screen, enter my passwort and see only my desktop. No task bar are shown. Canot open terminal or other to.

Iam fine with it and reinstall the system... Newest garuda gaming iso downloaded and on stick written and installed. After the first system update i have the same problems.

I write from a non updatet Notebook, but my other one have similar hardware.

Welcome

My Lenovo Notebook work fine, no problem after update.

But I have no Nvidia GPU,

please use last working snapshots (read Garuda Wiki).

And try also other kernel, like mainline or lts.

Can you use KRunner with Alt+F2? Can you log out with Ctrl+Alt+Del?

Using snapshots is unreal on a frash installed system.
After i install the os i will update another kernel.

Yes KRunner work. I can use Ctrl+Alt+Del.. very very slow.

This read that previous updates were error free, so snapshots are available. No reinstallation would have been necessary, which then logically has none.
Just as a hint, if something should happen again.
