Bios Updated from F4 to F13.
switch to dp-2->restart->BenQ as Primary → restart Samsung as Primary Restart. Same Issue.
switch to dp-3->restart->BenQ as Primary → restart Samsung as Primary Restart. Same Issue.
Disconnected HDMI BenQ Screen → restart left only Samsung connected.
Even though Samsung was only display left, Plasma controls completely gone.
Will try starting x11 session now and nvsettings.
