Computer is suddenly shutting down

I would appreciate any help on how to troubleshoot this problem.
Yesterday, the computer was suddenly shutting down multiple times in a row.
i.e., I am using the computer normally (just browsing the web or coding), the computer instant dies. When it dies, I press the turn on button and nothing happens.

If I wait I connect or disconnect the laptop to the power outlet, no light turns on. Not even a single LED. It behaves like it is dead. When I wait ~5 minutes with it disconnected from the power outlet, it turns on again. I connect to the power outlet, it is fine.

I started using the PC again, just after logging in, it died again. This occurred multiple times (5~10 times);
Then I waited some time, turned it on and used it for a few hours without problems (lol).

The only thing different is that this never occurred while using Windows (I have dual boot, but I don't use Windows much). Not sure if this is relevant because it can simply be a coincidence.

I simply don't know what could be causing this. I don't know even how to investigate. This happened some times in the past, but this happened 1 time every 2~4 weeks. Yesterday, it occurred quite 10 times, and today at least 5 times.

When it died for the 3rd time, I logged in on Windows. I used Windows for 2 hours, it did not die.
I logged in on Garuda, it died like in 5 minutes.
I logged again on Windows, used it for more 3 hours, no death.

Garuda (2.6.7-1):
System install date: 2021-09-13
Last full system update: 2022-09-18
Is partially upgraded: No
Relevant software: NetworkManager
Windows dual boot: Probably (Run as root to verify)
Snapshots: Timeshift
Failed units: anbox-container-manager.service systemd-networkd-wait-online.service

interestingly I have experienced pretty much the same issue on occasions over the past days, only largely in reverse. I think a random reboot affected Garuda maybe once. However my windows boot has been affected at least three times. Perhaps it is a bug related to Dual boot systems Having something to do with a recent update?

This sounds like a hardware problem, maybe overheating. Remove the battery if you can, disable all performance options, enable all powersave options, apply changes and run Garuda in that condition for a few hours.
