Hi there, welcome to the forum!
Does it happen also when windows are not maximized?
If not, try this:

Otherwise try reapplying the Dr460nized Global Theme.

According to the screenshot, the widget “Window Buttons” is available, the buttons are just not displayed:

Right click on the widget “Window Buttons” → Configure Window Buttons - and then check the settings. If you do not use the default window decoration, then set the corresponding decoration manually. In addition, it often helps in this case to either fix the metric to the existing decoration or set it on manually:

I also had to configure the Window buttons manually with my Window Decoration (Jolly-Blur-Aurorae):

If the widget generally does not work, then try to remove it and then add it again.

Just wanted to add that the window buttons widget provided out of the box with the installation can have issues (with using other button sets, etc).
Replacing it with the “Window Buttons Applet 6 Prebuilt” fixes the issues I’ve encountered with it.
