Ran a system update.

intel-graphics-compiler: 1:1.0.13822.6-1.1
That corresponds to the numbers in the release page. Not seeing any issue here.
Uninstalled them. Of course OpenCL won't work on Intel; but I only need it on NVidia anyway. clinfo now works. Only got 1 GPU available for OpenCL though.
Not the ideal solution, but good enough for now.
Until the day I want to run a video encoding where I saturate the CPU and both GPUs.
