Hello,
I noticed that garuda-cinnamon-settings is in conflict with mint-artwork. The problem is that the only other solution to install cinnamon sound effects is mint-artwork-cinnamon, but this package is out of date and is not maintained any more. So far, I just uninstalled garuda-cinnamon-settings, I don't know exactly what this package contains.

Problem just solved today with the newly created AUR package cinnamon-sounds 1.6.1-1. mint-artwork not needed any more, and no more conflict.
