My problem is fact that after applying a new theme :

And after adjusting colors:

I'm expecting that my windows will be looking like this one:

That example of VS Code. That one is just fine because it doesn't include any pink color.

However I have noticed that my preffered theme +color settings are not appied to all programs (like Remmina, Thunderbird, other windows with settings.. ) where I'm able to see colors / gradients which I've thought previously edited. Examples:

I'm almost sure I have done everything to remove that pink color from my Color settings.
But somehow it's defined somewhere:

Program like JamesDSP at least has option to change theme:

But Remmina for example use garuda's default theme:

Can someone help we with that? How to evenly adjust selected theme to all windows/apps?

Sounds like you have to change your GTK Theming as well. Those apps I believe are GTK-based.

Good old KDE Plasma fight between QT and GTK apps/themes... generates inconsistencies in Global Theming.

Please write something more regarding that. I’m going to try anything

Sure but I’m not on my machines until a couple of hours. By heart I know there is a button on the bottom right I think in APPLICATION STYLE or PLASMA STYLE to change GTK theme (it’s one of those in the APPEARANCE menu). But may not be sufficient for what you are looking for.

You want to change Window Deco and Color Schemes only those 2?

Here’s a bit more info to get you started and understand more about this (came out of a 3sec search on Google):
Uniform look for Qt and GTK applications - ArchWiki.
How to change GTK2 themes on KDE plasma5.20? - KDE Plasma - Manjaro Linux Forum

To be honest, I’m sure there are hundreds of posts and youtubes about how to do this. Everyone wants to change GTK theme to make it more consistent so there are obviously a good database of information on the web.

Thank you FGD ! You were right, there it is:

I'm going to play with that. I have missed that one before. One more time - thank you !

You nailed it! That’s the one.
It won’t be perfect though, cuz GTK doesn’t work the same as QT, there are most of the time compromises.

Have fun playing with themings!
Make sure to back up your config by some mean in case you screw up and can’t revert easily.

It doesn’t have to as far as I’m able to get rid of pink

Yeap, today I have switched back to timeshift after spectacular failure with snapper…

My goodness, there are hundreds of already prepared GTK styles :

And what’s even greater I’m able to modify it:

How cool is that? I couldn’t be happier! For many people it’s nothing unusuall but today I’m excited like during Mars exploration :stuck_out_tongue:
