Change xfce boot splash screen background

How can I change the boot splash screen in xfce edition. Some config from where I can change location of background. I really need it. Want to apply a blurred version of my wallpaper there. Is it in garuda-boot-options or is that just a grub thing?

Is it related to Plymouth?

Done. Changed bg.png in /usr/share/plymouth/themes./Garuda with required picture.

Please let me know how do I update plymouth config from terminal.
