My default PDF reader was qpfview
on my Garuda. But it has a major problem: it forgets which page you were on last time when you close it and open it again. This makes it time-consuming and frustrating to find where you were last time so that you can continue where you left off. After searching in forums online, I found that many people recommend using Evince (Document Viewer). I tried it and it solved the above-mentioned problem. Since many people consider Evince to be the best available option (according to myself and many others on forums), why not change Garuda's default PDF viewer to Evince (Document Viewer)? I think it will save time for new users by reducing the time spent on configuring the Garuda.
