so I changed the theme by mistake and I tried getting the old look like it was. I chose the sweetified theme but it just made things worse and I also got the kde dock on top of the latte dock.
How can I get everything back to normal?
Might just reset the theme to our new one after updating at this point:

Thanks. I didn't know it was from the new update so i thought that i missed things up. This new theme is so much better especially removing the latte for better ram
