Can't seem to re-bind meta key to application launcher menu?

For some reason out of the blue a single press of the meta key (windows key in my case) used to open the Garuda Application Launcher.

I can't for the life of me find where either the shortcut setting is, or how to add a custom shortcut for the application launcher (top left on KDE Dragonized), basically the Start menu. At the moment a single press does nothing.
