–kind of a hail mary, to be fair. If it doesn’t work you’ll need to fix it on a Windows box.

The Windows Store, of course. This is Linux, and ntfsfix is a command.
Type 'man ntfsfix' in a terminal and it will tell you the usage.
You already have ntfsfix
. My understanding is it is part of the ntfs-3g
package you already installed. Go ahead and try to run it.
