Can't launch any application from menu a few seconds after startup

I recently started experiencing a behavior that prevents me from sleeping tight.

Every time I boot I literally have 3 or 4 seconds, if not none, before launching any application from the app launcher isn’t possible anymore.

My best strategy is to fire Konsole straight away, as they can be launched from there. I think at this as sub-optimal for using this machine.

A notification popup shows up informing me that (for instance)

Any clue? Thank you in advance for any possible solution!

From reference from a reddit post.

Try running sudo pacman -S plasma and reinstall plasma.
Then run sudo systemctl daemon-reload and reboot.

I am a new user. I also had the same issue for the past 2 weeks. I tried everything I could but nothing helped me fix it. I also tried snapper but it did not help either ways. It is really annoying. Found similar issues on the Garuda Forum
