Can't get tabs to attach in Brave/chrome

I'm using the "KDE Dragonized Gaming Edition"

I've been using Garuda for about 2 months now. I love it! Thanks to everyone who's worked on it. However, I'm having an issue that I suspect is with the Garuda UI/Latte dock. I've tried searching around and can't seem to find anyone that has had this issue.

I use the Brave browser and can't get it's tabs snap onto existing windows. This used to work with my old latte config, but I remade my config and can't seem to figure out what setting would help with this.

I tried installing Chrome to see if it was just an issue with Brave, but it has the same problem. In Firefox the tabs will detach and attach no problem.

It is a bug in chromium that is impacting multiple chromium-based browsers.

I believe Arch has patched the Chromium in the repos but that won't help with Chrome or Brave.
