What edition is this? It seems you didn’t post your garuda-inxi correctly.

I am having the same issue. Installed this evening from latest build.
Garuda(2.6.17-1) install date 2023-11-16.

What edition are you running? Please post your full garuda-inxi. We are not able to help without the entirety of the command output posted here.

I released a new version of garuda-update that should handle this automatically now. Run garuda-update in your terminal again and let me know if that works! If not, post the full terminal output please so I can analyze the problem again!

(You can of course also run the setup assistant from Garuda Welcome again if you would prefer to finish your system installation properly if you have not finished the setup assistant fully yet)

Seems repetition is key. I’m making progress but have had to rerun the command multiple times with failure at different points along the way due to connection issues or something. But after the 4th run it made it all the way through and says “Success!!!” Finally. Thank you.

Sigh…

This looks like apper (3rd party app management I guess?) needs to be updated to the new dependencies. Remove it and try again. Other than that, everything seems to be working as intended.
