Sorry, out of habit after Windows. I don't have
disk access. It is currently visible as multimedia. When I try to open it pops up the message I described in my 1st post.
I will send what you asked for tomorrow. I'm not at the computer now.

BitLocker is a proprietary hard disk encryption of the Microsoft company, which is one of the features of Windows. Following the principle of full disk encryption, this software protects data.

Looks strange for me, here is mine, dual/multi boot system include M$, i3wm is activ.

Seems you must unlock the ntfs part?
/dev/sdb is not mounted?
Or sdb1 is locked?

For me too ... I've already done several guard installations and each time the drive could be unlocked after entering the password. Now it doesn't work.

it asks for a password and then:

Attempt to access 'Basic data partition' resulted in error: Requested action failed: Error mounting /dev/dm-0 at /run/media/marecki/multimedia: Unknown error when mounting /dev/dm-0

IDK, just use Whoogle

Thanks for the help.
Unlocked with: sudo ntfsfix /dev/dm-0
