Every time I want to start Bottles, it stuck on “Amost done”, doing something.

How can I start it?

Did you start from terminal?
If not, try.
Check for errors and search in web about these errors.

Second, there is no manual how to start the app?
Then check

At a quick look into that issue list and on the internet, it seems to be a recurring issue, probably due to the initial download described here:

Just wait longer. See e.g.:

OK, but, It have to be installed from Flatpak, and Garuda assistant don’t offer support for flatpack…

I’ve uninstalled it.

Can you help me?

Please consider that also the user of the issue linked above used flatpak, so you might fall into the same situation.
I don’t use flatpak and, as said, it’s not officially supported, but there is plenty of information and it should be easy.
https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Flatpak
Then install following bottles instructions

flatpak install flathub com.usebottles.bottles
flatpak run com.usebottles.bottles

If you have troubles with fish shell, give a look here

But, I want to ask, if Bottles is from Flatpak, why is in CHAOTIC-AUR and why cannot run?

Like every application, it can be built and packaged in different ways. Chaotic-AUR just provides a pre-built version of the AUR package, so that you don’t need to compile it. Flatpak is a different philosophy and the preferred method of the bottles developers.
Either way, why it doesn’t work should be asked upstream. We can’t do anything about it. We do not maintain the software, we do not package it. We just make it available in a simple way…
