Cannot launch games on Lutris/Steam

I have been having same issues running games on Lutris/Steam. I am able to launch games from Steam that are compatible with Linux, but I am unable to launch games that I have added to Steam, as well as games through Lutris such as Matrix Path of Neo and Quake 3. I am unable to access ProtonDB even though my DNS is configured correctly.
The game installer keeps showing up repeatedly but the actual game itself is not launching.

  1. Your GPU supports latest drivers, please install latest Nvidia driver instead of 470.
  2. This is the error you need to focus on:

The file path for the executable file is wrong or needs to be escaped.
