Managed to solve this by clearing cmos, entering uefi and clearing the secure keys again and it worked! thank you to everyone that answered!

I’m glad it all worked-out but this stymies me. It’s not been necessary for me to do that physically for at least the last 5 machines. Did you change the physical hardware? Is that why?
FYI to those who don’t know what a CMOS is or what it does. Don’t mess with your chips unless you know what you are doing. (But it is cool that @basol_84 does know–I guess.) It’s a bold step to take.
It’s also a very good step and can resolve boot issues.
