On Garuda Kde, using Settings to add a Google account, I received the message below after the login was finished:
This app tried to access sensitive info in your Google Account. To keep your account safe, Google blocked this access.
Its a google thing. its been like that for a while it was talked about on the kde forum a while back.
You might have to create an app password, I had to do that for my PBX
If only there was a search engine like Google, where you could search for a Google error message - and the first search results lead directly to Google support where the Google community complains that the app was blocked because this app tried to access confidential information in your Google account and Google blocked this access to protect your account.
Someone would have to invent a search engine like that…
