Cannot change the color of icons in dolphin

Hello

I came across an issue while customizing the appearance of my installation. When changing the color scheme in the settings everything works as it should but every time i open the dolphin file manager the icons go back to a pink color. When applying a different color scheme with dolphin open the icons change to what i want them to be, but then when i turn it off and on again they’re back to pink… Does anyone know of a fix to this?
