The is no “boot” image.
At least no more, since once we used Plymouth, which might give something like that (an image before a graphical environment is provided).
If you maybe refer to the login screen, we need to know your desktop environment (hence the request of a garuda-inxi in the topic template).
In the most common case, Dr460nized, we provide a relevant sddm theme.
You can use a different one, of course, but if you just want to change the image you could just change the path of the wallpaper at the “Background=” field in /usr/share/sddm/themes/Dr460nized/theme.conf
At the next theme update that file would be overwritten. So, you may want to make that file immutable.
