Great idea to follow such advices. DonĀ“t know what you did but libgpgme.so.11 is very old. Current pacman is using libgpgme.so.45
Another advice? Reinstall whole system.
You can try temporarily symlinking the missing library against the version you currently have installed. Itās a little hacky, but it may allow you to properly update and get out of this mess. It worked recently for a couple folks in this thread from another forum: How to fix pgpme not found on pacman - Pacman - EndeavourOS
After you are able to update the system, be sure to remove the symlink, otherwise you may run into issues down the line.
You should be able to run garuda-update remote fix. Running this command should download a static linked version of pacman that should be capable of updating your system into a working state.

I mean, itās not perfect, but seems like your system updated just fine. There are some abnormalities where Iād say āis your disk okayā, but honestly, I have no idea how this system got this bad in the first place, so Iād say itās just another delayed symptom of that haha. Whatever the case may be, youāre all up to date now! Enjoy!
Started with strange disk issues; was able to delete kwallet on one system that fixed the issues that seemed to be originating from that; or hitting escape instead of setting it up or deleting it.
There should be a way to disable kwallet or delete it if not needed because it causes problems for Second Life / Firestorm Viewer etc or behaves in ways that it should not generally which ends up in system instability even if it not being used.
It recently reinstalled itself on a system that was working with bitlocker & linux encryption.
Browser security was initially compromised with hundreds of tabs it was difficult to figure out where it was coming from.
Kwallet was accessed without being used through FireDragon, Librewolf, Brave; then Dolphin became unstable and crashed after a kwallet update then cycle crashed even after restart; some sort of memory leak corruption that can come in through a browser and use kwallet to cause havoc or spy etc.
