I have downloaded Garuda Dragonized and installed it just the way the installer recommends. I like Garuda but was wondering if it is possible to replace Dolphin file manager with Nautilus without having to do a clean install. Please advise!
You can install Nautilus,
sudo pacman -S nautilus
But why do you want to? You'll lose the majority of integration with KDE and bring in additional dependencies that you otherwise don't need.

Okay...I'm not sure what integrations are useful to me via Dolphin...could you give some important examples so that I can understand what I'm asking?
