Broken font in kde and terminal

Upgrade to Ultimate is causing broken emojis

I didn't install ultimate but I had the same issue start about a week ago or possibly more, can't remember and no idea what caused it. Today I only installed noto-color-emoji-fontconfig from AUR and that fixed it. I rebooted, but probably just needed to reload the panel to see the dragon emoji.
