Broken font in kde and terminal

i change the theme and i try to take it back to default with restore defaults setting from garuda assistant
the theme came back but terminal and navbar font are broken as you can see in this two picture

Upgrade to Ultimate is causing broken emojis

I didn't install ultimate but I had the same issue start about a week ago or possibly more, can't remember and no idea what caused it. Today I only installed noto-color-emoji-fontconfig from AUR and that fixed it. I rebooted, but probably just needed to reload the panel to see the dragon emoji.
