in fact i read the entire article twice and tried it over again and again before i went searching for a the solution have now…

Why i didnt try a kernel change in the first place is beyond me… but in saying that i learned far more going through all the wiki stuff and information i was given through various sources before getting to this point

That is why on almost any help request, that is one of my first suggestions, (bios update close second).
Many times issues that you would never think are a result of kernel updates, are actually caused by the kernel. On any new issue that arises, a kernel change should be one of your first responses.
I always reccomend testing at least 3 alternate kernels.
Talk about crazy i just get the right kernel installed and bloody nvidia drivers revert it back to zen -_-
