Bridge Network Setup using CLI but no bridge slave created in GUI

Hi,

I am creating a network bridge for VM’s. I have created the bridge successfully using this Network bridge - ArchWiki . VM’s are able to connect to the web. However, the issue I have is that in the Network Manager GUI, the network bridge is created but not the slave. So if I disconnect the bridge if not using VM’s and reconnect, it won’t as it is waiting for the slave to be up. I would have liked it to connect using GUI.

Appreciate the help.
