Bottles Stuck on infinite "Almost Done"

i am trying to use bottles but whenever i start it get's stuck on "almost done we need a few more minutes to set everything up" and it has been ~30 mins
while on another system it installed with no issue

Tried to reinstall bottles, reinstall wine etc.. but nothing

This isn't a Garuda bug.
It's already fixed upstream so you can use bottles-git instead
