Booting live iso on black screen even with Grub2 mode

Hello,
I’m trying to install Garuda Mokka and when I pick the option “Boot with NVIDIA drivers” I get stuck on a blackscreen.

Tried Rufus, doesnt work. I’m now using Venture and tried the Grub2 mode, seems like it fix it with everyone but not me.

My mobo is a Asus Z490.

Fast boot is off
Secure boot is off

Intel i7-10700k with a GTX 1080

I’m using the latest ISO wich is garuda-mokka-linux-zen-250801.iso

Edit: Found the solution, my sata controller was in Optane and not AHCI. First, i checked each drive and saw type: ahci so i assumed it was setup like this, but if you find this thread, be sure to go in your sata controller options and set it as ahci, dont just check the infos on the drives

Use Ventoy and grub2 and welcome

next time…only a click to read ….this :upside_down_face:

And optane mode is obsolete (M$) ..but acer example default is this activated in bios. I ask me why and not only myself. (Intel stop this 2022)

Most important is optane + linux = :prohibited:

Linux does not support Optane with RAID NVMe mode which is default on some devices. The workaround is to swich NVMe mode to AHCI.
