Boot loader insallation error on macbook

Hello Big Brains :slight_smile:

im trying to dual boot Garuda and MacOS on a macbook pro

i followed this guide: MacBook Pro Installation Instructions | Garuda Linux wiki

but everytime i try to install it i get this error:

"The bootloader could not be installed. The installation command
grub-install --target=x86_64-efi --efi-directory=/boot/efi --bootloader-id=Garuda --force
returned error code 1"

im sry if this is something very easy to fix. im just very new xD

To me that search icon on the top looks like a big magnifying glass lens but still a powerful tool.

but i've allready just switched to ubuntu now.
