Boot into LTS kernel automatically

Hello, i switched to Linux recently and I am so happy, everything works, its really awesome, I love Garuda it just does what I want and it does it right.

Because I am a noob I would like (if I understood it right) to switch to the LTS kernel, cause I dont need the newest updates all the time, because if something breaks I (most likely) dont really know how to fix it anyway.
If I boot my system, I can select Garuda Advanced settings and boot with the LTS kernel. But the next time I boot my system again it will switch to Zen again.

Is there a easy way to always boot into LTS without having to manually select it at every boot?

Btw. is my assumpten right that with LTS I am a bit more secure in terms of breaking stuff or would it not matter at all?

thanks for the help!

open main menu and type boot
select Garuda boot options
provide password
now on the top option, behind the ‘boot to’ option select the LTS kernel as your boot option. Save and done.

Cheers.
